Our Aims and Objectives:To support residents to find wellness and recovery in whatever form means most to them.
To encourage lifelong learning, promote independence, social inclusion and wherever appropriate, support an individual into work related opportunities.
To enable a person’s recovery by supporting each individual to understand and manage their mental health difficulties and empower the person to know where and how to seek support and assistance.
To assist an individual to identify a range of appropriate outcomes to enable access and participation in mainstream community based activities, learning and work related opportunities.
To provide individuals with the assistance and support to access the choices they have made.
To help facilitate social inclusion by assisting people to develop their own networks of community support, interests and contacts.
We aim for the service to develop local community links with voluntary agencies, local organisations and the wider community.
